Who we are

AI Turbo Trade ("we", "us") operates a demo trading platform at aiturbotrade.com. All trading on this site uses virtual funds only — no real money is ever deposited, traded, or withdrawn. Information we collect

• Account data — your name and email address when you register, or your Google account name and email if you sign in with Google.
• Demo activity — your simulated trades, virtual balances, and backtest activity, stored so your account works across devices and sessions.
• Technical data — basic device and browser information needed for the site to function, and — only if you consent through the cookie banner — anonymous usage analytics.

How we use your information

• To create and secure your account and let you log in.
• To save your demo trade history and virtual balances.
• To respond to support requests you send us.
• With your consent, to understand how the site is used and improve it.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Cookies

We use three categories of cookies, which you can manage anytime via Cookie Settings in the banner:

• Essential — required for login sessions and core functionality; cannot be disabled.
• Analytics — optional; help us understand how visitors use the site.
• Marketing — optional; used to measure campaign performance.

Third-party services

The platform relies on a small number of processors to function:

• Supabase — authentication and database hosting (account data, trade history, balances).
• Google — optional "Sign in with Google" authentication.
• TradingView — embedded live charts; the widget may set its own cookies under TradingView's privacy policy.
• Market data providers — price feeds used to power the demo; no personal data is shared with them.

Data retention & your rights

We keep your account data while your account exists. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing aiturbotrade@gmail.com from your registered address. We will action deletion requests within 30 days.

Security

Passwords are handled by our authentication provider using industry-standard hashing; we never see or store plain-text passwords. Data is transmitted over HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure, but since the platform holds no real funds, your financial exposure here is zero.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
